Determined, dynamic and innovative are just some of the words often used to describe Glenn Bailey. With more than 32 years of business development experience, Glenn is known as a risk-taker and visionary in everything he does. As a successful entrepreneur, Glenn has been involved in the start-up and successful development of several small to large-sized companies. From furniture to buildings to water, Glenn continues to make his mark in the entrepreneurial world.
In the mid-1980s, Glenn co-founded Canadian Springs Water Company and successfully developed it to into a thriving business of 230 employees and more than 32,000 accounts. It went on to become the country's largest water distribution service. In 1996, Glenn sold Canadian Springs and eventually found The Bailey Group, which now comprises the WA-2! Water Company, Liberty and Bailey Developments Ltd.
An ambitious and enthusiastic trailblazer, he is also a partner on several other prosperous ventures, including Hudson Living Inc. and North Eleven Developments. During the past 32 years, Glenn has achieved more than $1 billion in sales and developed numerous residential and commercial properties in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Whistler and Calgary.
In 1990, Glenn received the coveted Canadian Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been recognized with the prestigious 40 under 40 Award from Business in Vancouver. Most recently, he was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Bottled Water Association. Glenn lives in West Vancouver (where he was born and raised), with his wife and four children. |

Colette Soros started working for Liberty in 1997 and has been the General Manager for the company since 1999. Colette's focus at Liberty is expansion and growth and she currently oversees Liberty's three locations in the Greater Vancouver area, totaling over 25,000 sq ft and 30 employees. Colette is the primary Buyer for Liberty which brings a most diverse and unique line of product to its shoppers. Colette holds a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Capilano College, where she also studied marketing and economics and has a background in fashion which she gained while working as the Administrator for a chain of high-end fashion boutiques. |

With a focus on strategic planning, Lori is involved in capitalizing on opportunities for WA-2!'s expansion and growth and ensuring the efficient operation of the business. Lori has experience in project management and has been involved with developing promotional campaigns for both local and international audiences. Lori holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Manitoba. |

Tanya Kalashnikov, CA comes to us from Flight Centre, where she helped grow the start-up travel agency group from 6 locations in BC to 150 locations in North America. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Tanya articled with Deloittes, before pursing a career with such entrepreneurial organizations including The Keg Restaurants and Aragon Development. |

Prior to joining the Bailey Group, Jennifer worked as the Office Manager for a fast-paced career training institute in Vancouver. Her strong work ethic coupled with her consistent drive towards success makes her an integral member of a dynamic, passionate and hard working team. She has earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. |
